Manos is a psychologist specializing in personal and organizational applications of positive psychology, currently pursuing graduate study in Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Early professional diversions in areas such as strategic communications, social innovation and philosophy developed his creative passion on issues revolving the origins of morality, the educational and organizational implications of character, honor and citizen eudaemonia. Passionate about the subject, he taught History of Philosophy and Ethics at the university of Boston College, where he also served as an applied research fellow.

Manos founded and serves as the principal researcher at the Philotimo Foundation, a non-profit Think/Do tank exploring the meta-virtue of ‘Philotimo’ as a platform for positive change at the intersection of social science, computer science and philosophy.
